Shipping Information

We process all orders between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. AEST, Monday through Friday. Once payment is received, your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Please note that during sale, promotional, and peak periods, orders may take longer than usual to process and dispatch. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for your order to be processed.

Your shipping charges will be calculated at checkout and viewed by you prior to payment. All orders are provided with a tracking number.

For international information regarding shipping fees, duties, and taxes, please refer to the international shipping & returns table below.  If duties are not included, they will be calculated during checkout. Rest assured, there are no hidden surprises upon delivery.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES 

All customers are responsible for customs/import duties & taxes on orders outside of Australia. Nomad the Label is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must provide an invoice for customs should they require it. 

Nomad the Label will not provide refunds for any refused shipments due to additional customs & tax charges. If the duties are not paid, the order will be returned to us at the customer's expense. Any custom charges paid to receive your order are not refundable upon return.
