Starting December 01, 2024, all eligible items purchased between December 01 and December 31, 2024, will enjoy an extended 60-day return and exchange window. Whether you're shopping for yourself or searching for the perfect gift, you can do so with the confidence that returns are hassle-free.
You can exchange for another item, receive a store credit with no expiry date or a refund. Please note that sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
We process all orders between 9am - 3pm Monday - Friday. Once payment is received, your order will be dispatched within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders are shipped via Australia Post (domestic) or DHL Express (international). You will receive an email with order tracking number.
